This is a refesher course designed for underwriters, processors and originators who wish to maintain their professionals skills.

 

 

 

Underwriters will be able to quickly recognize incorrect income calculations and respond inteligently  back to their processors with FHA documented authority where the errors were made and how to correct them in their loan stipulations summary.

Processors will improve their closing ratios and closing times by following  the new rules and formulas for correctly calculating their borrowers income and assist their loan originators in following the new formulas and guidelines
